WALT: Create a piece of artwork that represents the
behaviour of a good citizen
WALT: Manipulate a chosen photo using photo-editing tools
on comic life
Today
we revisited the behaviours of a quality camp citizen. We then
viewed some camp photos on
the projector and identified scenes where quality citizenship was shown.
Afterward we discussed the
terms ‘photo
manipulation’ and ‘photo editing.’ Miss Slater asked us the following
questions: 'When would we use these skills in real life?
Where do you see photos that have been edited? What are some of the
reasons as
to why photos are edited?' We found out that some people edit photos as a
job! Some of us thought that sounded very exciting, so we looked at
some professionally editied photos...
We were all very impressed and couldn't wait to
get started on editing our own photos! Here are some of the finished
products...
Hi Sam. Mrs Hudson might be teaching G1 how to do this later in the term :) Otherwise just pop into G4 before school and one of my students will be able to help you achieve these cool effects!
Could you teach G1 how to do this ?
